Course Overview
The Fifth Edition of the 16PF represents a controlled, natural evolution of the original Questionnaire, a
comprehensive measure of the basic traits comprising normal adult personality. Continuing to assess the 16
personality factors first identified by Dr. Cattell more than 50 years ago, the Fifth Edition measures a number of
additional scales, and numerous other criterion-related scales are also available. The 2-day training provides an in-
depth understanding of the 16PF5.
