               9.00 am     Registration Members’ Day at the Conference Centre.
               9.30 am     Members’ Day (please refer to separate Programme).
               1.00 pm     Lunch in the Sandberg and Taube rooms
               2.00 pm     Annual General Meeting in the Banquet Hall.
                           Voters are kindly requested to register in the Banquet Hall 10 minutes before the 
                           meeting starts. 
               6.30 for    AGM Dinner in the Banquet Hall. Drinks will be served from 6.30 pm. 
               7.00 pm     Dress code: Dark lounge suit

                 AGM registration for all events must be made by 18 May.

                 Hotel reservations must be made by 18 May at the very latest directly to the hotel via the booking
