                     •   Must be a student athlete 
                     •   Must be a high school senior graduating in spring 2022 
                     •   Must have at least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale 
                     •   Must supply acceptance letter to an accredited institution of higher learning 
                     •   Must supply a sealed official high school transcript 
                     •   Must attend scholarship banquet to be eligible - date TBA
