RATES for supply of bcoks in sealed cover are invited from bonafide agent(s) / firm(s) who are the members of recognized
Book Sellers and Publishers Association with the superscription "RATES FOR BOOKS FOR "R YEAR202223" along with the
Memo No. All Rates are to be submitted at the office of the undersigned on or before22.07.2022 bv 2 P.M.
Soft coov in MS Excel format should be accompanied along with the rates in sealed cover.
Terms and Conditions:
a) Booksshould beoriginal and latestedition.
b) Rates should be furnished maintaining the SI. No assigned in list Of books against each book in the format as
below:

c) All the columns are mandatory. Ifthe books is reprinted thatshould be mentioned.
d) List of books and otherdetailsto be displayed in the NRS Medical collegewebsite www.nrsmc.edu.in
e) After receiving the confirm order at least 90% Of ordered books should be supplied, otherwise the company will
be blacklisted for future supply.
f) Chargeable Rates (i.e., Net Price Charged inclusive all) should be in Indian National Rupees (lNR €). No fraction
of one rupee that should be in nearest Rupee.
g) Paymentwould be made aftersupplying of books on satisfaction of the authority and production of Bills.
The Rates should accompany the following:
1) Self Attested copy of certificate of valid Membership of any recognized publishers` Association.
2) Serf Attested copy of Current Income Tax Return/ PAN No., Professional Tax Challan and valid Trade License.
Acceptance of lowest rate is not obligatory. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept any offer
partly or wholly without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned in all respects shall be final and
binding upon all concerned.
