                Please read the following terms and conditions before clicking the submit button. By clicking

                 Prices 
                 
                 The following prices apply for exams June 2011: 
                 
                    Kaplan Study Text (all papers)         $50 (USD)  
                   
                    Kaplan Exam Kit (all papers)           $30 (USD) 
                 
                    Total for study text and kit           $80 (USD) 
                 
                  
                 
                 An amount for postage from Armenia will be added according to the size of your order 
                 
                   
                  Payment 
                  Books must be paid in advance.  After receiving your order you will be sent a pro-forma 
                  invoice by email.  Use this invoice to transfer the total amount for the cost of books plus 
                  postage to the IAB Centre, following our instructions on the invoice. 
                  
                 
                 Confirmation and cancellation  
                 
                 Your order will be confirmed by email as soon as we receive your payment. Book orders 
                 
                 cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed. If, for some reason, IAB is unable to 
                 
                 supply the book, a full refund will be made.
