NOTES: CCRI students who complete the General Studies associate’s degree with at least 61 credits and a minimum GPA of 2.0 will be guaranteed admission
into the Providence College SCE bachelor’s program in Liberal Studies. Students must earn a grade of “C” or better to earn transfer credit for a course.
1. Providence College will waive the $55 application fee for students who meet the above requirements.
2. Students must fulfill the Providence College SCE’s core curriculum requirements; complete the residency requirement of a minimum of 45 credits in Providence
College SCE; and earn at least 50% of their major credits with Providence College SCE coursework.
3. Most students transferring in with the Associate’s in General Studies will need approximately 60 credits to complete the bachelor’s degree.
