      To Open NRI PMS Account with NJ Advisory Service Pvt Ltd
      To Open Trading & Demat Account of NRI for PMS purpose
      It is required for NRI clients as per RBI Regulations
      Power of Attorney in favour of Orbis to operate Demat Acccount

      Passport , PIO or OCI Card
               Additional Documents
      If client has opened normal Demat & Trading Account with NJ & same mobile & email will be used for new 
      NRI PMS account also then that declaration is required.
      If client has opened Normal Demat & Trading NRI account with NJ & wants to open account of PMS NRI 
      then this letter is required
      If client has provided PO box address (Generally in Dubai client case) then this declaration is required 
      from client.
        Indusind Bank Account Application & Document
      Application to open account of NRE Indusind Bank Account
      Application to open account of NRE Indusind PIS Account
      Customer Details required by Indusind Bank
      For using of Client personal data by Orbis for business purpose also
      Disclosure Statement with Operating Regulations & General Practices governing the “Custodial Services Agreement”
      In case of Date of birth mismatch in id & address proof provided
      In case of Father name mismatch between id & address proof provided
      In case of Name mismatch between id & address proof required
      IN case of Sign mismatch provided in PAN & Application of Bank Account 
             Orbis NRI Custody Document
      Agreement between NRI client & Orbis regarding Custody service
      To Transact on NSE – Custodial Participant Code is required to be taken client wise hence this letter is 
      required to take that code
      Bank Power of Attorney in favour of Orbis to operate Bank Acccount
      No objection letter to be taken from the Customer for POA Accounts wherein Cheque book & Debite card 
      will not be issued for this account & other facility related NOC
