Choose a HealthWatch Goal:
Why? Because nutrition requirements are not the same for every lifestyle or condition. Whether you are
aiming for more energy at work, or nutrition for heart health, your choices will drive your nutrition score,
alerts and insights.

select your health goals keep updated
If you didn’t choose a health goal when you registered (available after July
2016), you can always choose and update health goals in your account.
One goal is always selected: Health and Wellness. This is all you need to
evaluate your diet based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans together with
the latest research in nutritional genomics. You can only choose up to 2
additional goals (in order to focus our algorithms correctly). You can always
delete a health goal in order to make room for a new one.
Each goal is defined by various factors (maybe your current weight, medicine
consumed, or amount of sun exposure etc). Be sure to keep these updated in
order to receive accurate recommendations!

Personalize your nutrient ranges and goals:
Why? Because you might have very specific nutritional needs based on recommendations from your
health provider.

While HealthWatch Goals already optimize your nutritional requirements within
particular ranges, you also have the power to specify maximum and minimum
levels for ANY nutrient in your diet. In our extensive list of nutrients, simply
choose the one you want to modify. Then quickly input your desired upper and
lower limits for any nutrient. Later, you have the option to reset to
recommended levels.

Tracking food is one of the key features of the HealthWatch 360 app, and it’s
so easy! For any meal, simply tap on the blue ‘+’ (plus) icon and choose one of
the following ways to add your foods:
1. Direct search: Search our database of over 500,000 foods.
2. Barcode scan: For packaged foods, simply scan the barcode on the label
and the nutritional information will be automatically entered.
3. Manual entry: For any packaged food not in our database, use this option to
manually enter nutrition facts from the label.
4. Quick picks: Quickly choose from our list of dietitian-selected food items
(including top foods for particular nutrients).
5. Favorites: As you choose foods over time, they are automatically stored in
your ‘favorites’, which you can conveniently sort in different ways.
6. Recipes: You can enter any combination of ingredients (+ cooking methods
and notes) to create a ‘recipe’ and save it for future reference.
7. Copy from yesterday: An easy option to quickly copy your meals from the
previous day. Convenient if you tend to eat similar foods every day.
