Re: Delegation of Minister’s Authority under the Forest Act
I delegate the Minister’s powers and duties under the Forest Act, as set out in the
attachments to this memorandum.
This memorandum revokes and replaces the previous Delegation of the Minister’s
Authority under the Forest Act signed by the Deputy Minister of Forests, Lands, Natural
Resource Operations and Rural Development and dated September 16, 2021.
