WHAT IS ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP?
The Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership prepares students to
st
become effective organizational members of the 21 century workplace. The innovative curriculum
focuses on the study of leadership in the context of the modern organization. Rather than preparing
you for one particular career, this flexible interdisciplinary program provides you with the knowledge
and skills necessary for a broad range of organizational and supervisory positions. The 45-credit hour
interdisciplinary degree program has been designed to make students as unique as its name.
