               Computer Science: Think Like a Programmer Journey 
                                                                 Impact Study 
              
             Girl Scouts of the USA has teamed up with the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles to assess the 
             impact of the 6-12 Computer Science: Think Like a Programmer Journey. 
              
             We need troops (Cadette, Senior, Ambassador and multi-level troops) to complete the 6-12 
             Computer Science: Think Like a Programmer Journey and leader and girl post-surveys.  
              
                                     No STEM or Computer Science experience necessary!! 
             Why participate? Your girls will…                                                         
                  Complete a new STEM Journey.  
                  Receive, at no cost, the Computer Science: Think Like a Programmer Journey and Take 
                 Action patches.  
                  Earn a $25 Amazon gift card for their troop to support troop-related program expenses.   
              
             What’s Involved: 
             Each troop will be required to complete the 6-12 Computer Science: Think Like a 
             Programmer Journey (3 computer science activity meetings and a Take Action project) 
             between October 1, 2018 and May 1, 2019 and complete the required leader and girl post-
             surveys.  
              
             Troop Participation Requirements:
