The above referenced bid was opened on March 22, 2007. Attached are the names, addresses,
and specific vendor conditions for the vendors recommended for awards.
In addition, please note the following:
1. The period of contract for Bid# 2007-055A is from May 2, 2007 through April 27, 2008;
The period of contract for Bid# 2006-055 is from April 26, 2006 through April 26, 2007;
1st Extension of Contract: April 27, 2007 through April 27, 2008;
2. Purchase orders should not be issued for amounts less than $100. All purchase orders
of $100 or more are freight free;
3. The prices listed are based on multiple-drop deliveries. Please note each vendor’s
conditions for more specific information regarding delivery terms;
4 .Payments to vendors should be made within 30 days from the satisfactory completion of the purchase order.
Partial payment is recommended for delivery of 50% or more of a purchase order;
5. If a vendor substitutes an item and/or does not deliver the item within the specified time frame, please
document the experience on the “Vendor Dissatisfaction Form” located on the main page
of the Cooperative Bidding website; click on “submit your complaint” at the bottom of the page;
the Cooperative Bidding program will respond to the complaint and take immediate action;
6. Final award recommendation must be approved by your own governing body.
