COMMISSION SHARING AGREEMENT 
                                        
          KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 
           
              This Commission Sharing Agreement is made and entered into by and 
          between: 
           
                     ____Agent 1______, Filipino, of legal age, single/married, 
                 and  a  resident  of  ________,  herein  referred  to  as  “MAIN 
                 AGENT”,

                     _____Agent 2_____, Filipino, of legal age, single/married, 
                 and a resident of __________, herein referred to as “AGENT 2”, 
                      
                     _____Agent 3_____, Filipino, of legal age, single/married, 
                 and a resident of __________, herein referred to as “AGENT 3”, 
                      
                     _____Agent 4_____, Filipino, of legal age, single/married, 
                 and a resident of __________, herein referred to as “AGENT 4”, 
                      
                     _____Agent 5_____, Filipino, of legal age, single/married, 
                 and a resident of __________, herein referred to as “AGENT 5”, 
                                        
                                        
                               WITNESSETH THAT: 
                                        
              WHEREAS, this agreement is pursuant to the ____type of main contract 
          between Main Agent and his Principal________ executed on _____date___ by the 
          MAIN  AGENT  and  _____Principal________,  Filipino,  of  legal  age, 
          single/married, and a resident of ________, herein referred to as “PRINCIPAL”;

           WHEREAS, in the aforecited contract between the  MAIN AGENT and 
        PRINCIPAL, the MAIN AGENT has agreed to _______insert obligation of main 
        agent in the main contract_____;  
         
           WHEREAS, by virtue of such contract, the MAIN AGENT is to receive from 
        the  PRINCIPAL  a  total  amount  of  _____insert  remuneration  of  the  main

           NOW THEREFORE, by virtue of this Commission Sharing Agreement, the 
        MAIN AGENT, AGENT 2, AGENT 3, AGENT 4, and AGENT 5 agree to the 
        following      terms         and         conditions: 
         
           1.  AGENT 2, AGENT 3, AGENT 4, and AGENT 5 agree to ____insert 
        obligation of Agent_____ in behalf of the MAIN AGENT; 
         
           2.  In return, the MAIN AGENT agrees to pay ____amount____ plus ___-
        interest and other fees____ to AGENT 2, AGENT 3, AGENT 4, and AGENT 5 
        on ___date_____, without a need of a proper demand; (Sidenote: Feel free to break 
        this statement into subcomponents if you want to differentiate the amount to be 
        received by each agent); 
         
           3.  Failure of the MAIN AGENT to pay AGENT 2, AGENT 3, AGENT 4, 
        and AGENT 5 on the stipulated period shall render the MAIN AGENT liable for 
        interest, amounting to __%__ of the total amount agreed upon, plus legal fees paid 
        for the collection of the same; and, 
         
           4.    State  other  stipulations  and  agreements between the Main Agent and 
        Agents 2-5.
