Foreword
The Standard Bidding Documents for Procurement of Cleaning Services have been prepared
pursuant to section 7(c) of the Public Procurement Act and are based on the World Bank’s
Standard Bidding Documents. They are to be used for the procurement of Cleaning Services
through the Open Advertised Bidding (OAB) or the Restricted Bidding method.
The Bidding Documents assume that no prequalification has taken place before bidding.
