              It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be 
              issuing a solicitation for the provision of “Cleaning Services” for the new headquarters of the ICC.
              The ICC Permanent Premises which is currently in the construction phase and will be located on the outskirts 
              of The Hague; Address: Ouwde Waaldorperweg 10, 2597 AK, The Hague.

              In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. 
              Objective
              The ICC seeks expressions of interest from companies wishing to tender their services for cleaning at the 
              ICC’s new building at the Oude Waalsdorperweg at The Hague. The ICC will move to this location in 
              December 2015 but, a new cleaning company should be on board before that date.
              The following should be taken in consideration:
                  ICC has approximately 1,200 staff members from more than 80 different cultures;
                  ICC has a strong safety and security protocol which can affect the daily operations, such as prohibited 
                   access to empty offices, cleaning must, in general take place within working hours;
                  The building has different functions: 3 court rooms, office space for 1,200 people, a conference centre, a 
                   staff and public restaurant, a library, a media centre and more.
                  Cleaning will be output based and different parts of the building may have to adhere to different 
                   standards.
                  Water services. Delivery of water in the meetings rooms and Court rooms on request;
                  All employees should be able to work in French, English language or both.
              The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Proposal document that will be sent to the firms 
              who respond to this EOI.
