                           Kitchen Exhaust and Vent Hood Cleaning Services Contract
            To Whom It May Concern:
            The Little Rock School District invites your offer for a kitchen exhaust and vent hood cleaning services 
            contract per the attached Request for Proposal.
            Please return your original response and three (3) copies, and an electronic copy of all required 
            documents no later than Wednesday, 2:00 P.M., September 11, 2019 to the Little Rock School 
            District, Procurement and Materials Management Department, 1800 East Sixth Street, Little Rock, AR 
            72202.  Place required proposal documents in an envelope, clearly identifying the envelope with the 
            Your company name, Proposal Title, Proposal Date, and Proposal Time.  All questions or concerns 
            must be emailed to Shawnequa Junearick at shawnequa.junearick@lrsd.org no later than NOON, 
            Thursday, September 5, 2019.
            The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in bid 
            responses.  Price alone may not be the determining factor.  Award will be based upon those 
            considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, 
            responsible offerer whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose 
            intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in this Invitation for Bids.
            Unless you have already done so, please access and complete our LRSD Bid Register system which 
            will list your company as a potential vendor for the District.  The online vendor bid register is located at: 
            https://securek12.lrsd.org/vendorapp/.  This process will allow us to notify you of bid or other 
            opportunities for your registered commodities/services. This is a secure site; registered vendors only 
            have access to their own file for viewing and updating company profile information.

    The Little Rock School District is soliciting offers from qualified contractors to 
    provide kitchen exhaust and vent hood cleaning services.  Proposals must be 
    submitted By Wednesday, 2:00 P.M., September 11, 2019 to: LRSD, 
    Procurement and Materials Management, 1800 East Sixth Street, Little Rock, 
    Arkansas  72202
    Interested companies may obtain bid documents by calling Shawnequa 
    Junearick by emailing  shawnequa.junearick  @lrsd.org . Bidders must conform to 
    the requirements of the Arkansas State Contractors Licensing Board.
