            • Posters should include QR codes linking Company Name users with smart phones to an 
              instant interface indicating if poster is in compliance.
            • Spanish language versions of required postings for ___[NUMBER OF LOCATIONS]___.
            • Federal contractor compliance package posters or other specific posting needs.
            SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
            • Dedicated Account Manager for questions and support. 
            • Secure online dashboard interface for Company Name posting compliance administrators 
              to track shipments, download invoices, view mandatory and non-mandatory changes, and
              view posters displayed at Company Name locations.
            • Notifications of mandatory and non-mandatory changes in state and federal postings.
            • Cover letter with posting instructions for Company Name locations to be sent with initial 
              poster sets and with any updated posters to each location. 
            • Company Name logo on shipment labels for poster deliveries to Company Name 
              locations. 
            • Consolidated monthly invoice with line item break-out of posters by location emailed at 
              first of each month.
            IMPLEMENTATION TIMELINE
            Company Name locations require implementation of the requested compliance program no 
            later than 30 days after contract execution. Major milestones include:

       Company Name will enter into a service contract with the successful proposer for a contract 
       term of no more than three years; however, Company Name would consider options that 
       provide negotiated pricing breaks for longer-term contracts.
       The contracted vendor will provide Company Name labor law posting compliance services 
       through an ongoing update service that provides all Company Name locations updated 
       posters, as mandated by federal and state laws and regulations, beginning ___ 201_ and
