        Projects must begin within 3 months of Arts & Business NI issuing the Letter of Offer and Final

        Arts & Business NI follow the Arts Council of Northern Ireland’s Procurement Guidelines, please 
        adhere to these during the course of your project.

        clearly showing all income and expenditure.

        Part 6 – Evaluation

        Please be aware that you must submit a pre-project evaluation grid with your application. Your 
        evaluation must demonstrate how your project meets Arts & Business Investment Programme 
        objectives and two of your own objectives, as agreed with your business partner. 
        On completion of the project you will need to complete the evaluation form and an income & 
        expenditure detailing the final budget against that which was included in the original application and 
        explanations for any variations that there might be, please use the ‘Income and Expenditure 
        Statement’ in the Investment Programme Guidelines. Finally, Arts & Business NI will need copies of 
        leaflets that contained our logos; PR materials; photographs etc. and any other supporting evidence 
        for the information contained in Projected Outcomes/Outputs section of the evaluation grid.
