VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION
Championship Venue
Matches will be played at Ambassador City Jomtien, Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand. The Centre has 8
air-conditioned glass-back courts.
Championship Office
The main Championship Office will be located at Championship Control Centre, Ambassador
City Jomtien, Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand. The office will be open from 08.30-20.00 hours.

Press Office
The Press Office will be located at the Championship Venue, Championship Control Centre and will be
open and available to the press during championship office hours. There will be access to phone and internet.
ENTRY FEE
The ENTRY FEE is subject to reconfirmation with the following TWO possible scenarios:
(A)In case of the Covid-19 Test and Go still deemed mandatory by Thailand Government
upon arrival, the Player/Official need to settle with a 7-nights Championships Package
@USD380.00 per person for twin sharing OR @USD555.00 per person for single
occupancy, covering the followings: -
i) The first night accommodation at SHAPLUS Hotel in Bangkok upon arrival on June 13,
2022, whereby the PCR Test costs will be covered by TSRA (approximately @USD80.00
per person);
ii) The arranged transport for participants who have tested negative from Bangkok to the
official hotel in Pattaya on June 14, 2022;
iii)Accommodation with breakfast at the official hotel in Pattaya (check-in on June 14, 2022
and check-out on June 20, 2022).
(B)If in the event the Thailand Government later ruled that the Covid-19 arrival Test and
Go is no longer mandatory, the Player/Official shall be offered with a 6-nights
Championships Package @USD 330.00 per person for twin sharing OR @USD480 per
person for single occupancy, check-in on June 14, 2022 and check-out on June 20, 2022
with accommodation plus breakfast included.
Each boy’s and girl’s team shall only redeem for their officials a MAXIMUM of TWO rooms
with the rates stated above respectively.
Provision of single rooms are subject to prior request and availability.
The entry fee without the accommodation package is @ USD200.00 per player or official.
For additional room-nights, a special rate of USD60.00 per single/twin room per night with
breakfast inclusive will be offered. Booking MUST be made through the Organiser and is subject
to room availability. This special room rate is also available for officials or supporters of the
participating MNAs.

All bank charges at both ends (remitting and receiving banks) of the telegraphic transfer are to be
borne by the participating MNAs.
All players and officials are responsible for all extra cost incurred at the Hotel and the Venue,
other than the breakfasts provided by the Hotel on specified dates. All players and officials must

settle the bill for all their extra personal expenses to hotel reception before departure.
SEEDING AND DRAW
The ASF Seeding Committee will produce the FINAL individual seeding by no later than June 5,
2022 The decision of the ASF Seeding Committee shall be final. The draws will be made and
announced no later than June 7, 2022.
CHAMPIONSHIP REGULATIONS
The Championships will be run in accordance with the ASF Championship Regulations.
CLOTHING REGULATIONS
Regulation L of the ASF Championship Regulations shall apply.
DOPE TESTING
Dope testing may be carried out in accordance with the WADA Code.
All players are required to complete and sign the Doping Declaration (see attached)
acknowledging the WSF’s Anti-Doping Rules and Regulations and the Doping rules set out in
Regulations E12 - E15 of the ASF Championship Regulations prior to competing in the
Championships as part of the accreditation process.
Any players refusing to undergo a doping control and any player found guilty of a doping
infraction proven by a positive laboratory test result will be dealt with by the ASF, which shall
take disciplinary actions and penalties in accordance with its regulations.
ELIGIBILITY – IMPORTANT!
All juniors participating in the Championships must be under 19 years of age as at June 19, 2022.
All managers are required to present the passports of their players to the ASF Technical Delegate –
to confirm eligibility before being permitted to compete. This has to be done by June 15, 2022 at
the Championship Office at the Main Venue.
All players, coaches and designated team officials must be WSF registered (SPIN) and their
registration must be in good standing at the time of entry and then at the time of actual participation.
Players and coaches and designated team officials are required to provide their WSF SPIN Number
on the Biography Form (Form B) which should be submitted on May 15, 2022.
EYEWEAR
In accordance with Regulation G5 of the ASF Championship Regulations, all junior players
(under 19 years of age) are required to wear protective eyewear (manufactured to an approved
national safety standard) properly over the eyes at all times during practice and match play
throughout the Championships.
All junior players are required to sign the Eyewear Declaration (see attached) acknowledging
acceptance and compliance with this requirement prior to competing in the Championships.
