MED to AU Equivalent License Inventory Transfer Request
              To request approval form the agency to transfer up to 50% of a licensee’s medical marijuana 
              facility’s current inventory to its equivalent adult-use facility, this form must be filled out in its 
              entirety and emailed to CRA-Compliance@michigan.gov. The subject line must state 
              “Inventory Transfer Request”. A licensee may fill out multiple forms.
              Please review the Transfer of Marijuana Between Equivalent Licenses Advisory Bulletin
              criteria for equivalent license inventory transfers.
              Licensees requesting transfer of infused products MUST provide photo documentation of product labels to include dosing 
              and potency.
              The licensee is NOT authorized to transfer inventory until written approval from the agency has been received.
