                        provider,  be sure to call them at the number listed in your EOC. 
                      • If your EOC doesn’t say you need to see a NationsHearing provider, you can 
                        choose from any of the discount vendors listed here. 
       What do you need to know about hearing discounts? 
       You can choose from three hearing services vendors to access these discounts. The vendors are  
       Hearing Care Solutions, Amplifon Hearing Health Care and NationsHearing. Each vendor offers  
       different pricing and features. But they all offer a hearing exam at no extra cost.  
       Discounts are in addition to any hearing benefits you may have. You can find these details in your  
       EOC. Your coverage may offer better pricing than these discounts.  
       Call the vendor to use your discounts 
       To use your discounts, you’ll need to reach out to the vendor. They’ll help you set up an appointment  
       with a local provider. If you call a local provider directly, you may not get the discounts.  
       You may want to look at a few different factors when choosing a vendor. You can check with the  
       vendors to see if there are providers close to you. And you can ask about their pricing and features.
