          EXAM: 
          If the exam results indicate hearing loss, NationsHearing will work with 
          members to select the highest quality hearing aids.
          FIT: 
          NationsHearing works with providers to fit hearing aids for members. 
          Hearing aids are typically shipped and fitted within 7 days of ordering.
          FOLLOW-UP:
