        Questionnaire and also other category questionnaires where stated.
        1. Financial Overview
        The score from this component goes towards the below award categories.  So if you
        have entered any of these, you will need to provide the attachments listed below 
        otherwise your submission/s will not be valid.
        25 marks on the General Questionnaire
        25 marks for Best Licensed RSL and/or Services Club
        25 marks for Best Bowls Club
        25 marks for Best Football Club
        25 marks for Best Surf Life Saving Supporters Club
        25 marks for Best Sports Club

        3. Management Accounts 
        The score from this component goes towards the following award categories.  If you
        haven’t entered these categories, then you DO NOT need to provide this 
        attachment:
        20 marks for Best Dining
        20 marks for Best Club Café/Coffee Shop
        5 marks for Best Event Facilities & Services
         Attach a print out, from your in house accounting system 
         like MYOB, of all management accounts including 
         department profit & loss statements.

      your information.
