                                           This course discusses environmental law material
              Content
                                           (conceptions, approaches, principles, substance,
                                           and enforcement) from a theoretical perspective
                                           based on various general legal theories as well as
                                           legal theories relevant to environmental law, which
                                           include:  (1)  study of various approaches in
                                           environmental management, (2) study of the
                                           development of legal and non-legal instruments,
                                           (3) study of law in the management of SDA
                                           (Natural Resources), (4) study of local wisdom,
                                           (5) study of administrative law instruments, civil
                                           law, and criminal law, as well as            ADR
                                           (Alternative Dispute Resolution) related to the
                                           development of environmental law enforcement,
                                           (6) socio-juridical  studies  on   environmental
                                           compliance, (7) studies on environmental dispute
                                           resolution, (8) studies on the implementation of
                                           environmental   lawsuits,  (9)  studies  on the
                                           constitutionalization of rights to environment,and
                                           (10) study of economic instruments (such as
                                           CorporateSocialResponsibility).
