                           small quantity of food storage. 
                               SEED TESTING 
                                 Seed testing is a determining  the standards of a seed ,physical purity 
                           ,moisture, germination and therby enabling the farming community to get 
                           quality seed.
                             IMPORTANCE OF SEED TESTING 
                           •   The importance of seed testing was realized more than 100 years ago for 
                               assured planting values. The adulteration of vegetable seeds by stone dust 
                               which was packed in some parts of the world
                           •    Seed testing has been developed to aid agriculture to avoid some of the 
                               hazards of crop production by furnishing the needed information about 
                               different quality attributes viz., purity, moisture, germination, vigour and 
                               health.
                           •    Quality control of seed depends on the different seed testing protocols 
                               which determine the genuineness of the cultivar.
                           •   Testing of seed to evaluate the planting value and the authenticity of the 
                               certified lot.
                           •   Seed testing is required to assess the seed quality attributes of the seed lots 
                               which have to be offered for sale.
                            
            1.SEED SAMPLING AND DIVIDING EQUIPMENT 
            BOERNER DIVIDER 
               This divider is made to meet F.C.I and B.I.S. Requirements. Material flowing 
          components are made by special process to give smooth finish and made 
          without welding or joint. It is used to reduce the size of grain/seed sample into 
          two halves, each exactly representative of the original sample.
             GAMET DIVIDER 
                   This divider is made to meet F.C.I and B.I.S. Requirements. Material flowing 
          components are made by special process to give smooth finish and made 
          without welding or joint. It is used to reduce the size of grain/seed sample into 
          two halves, each exactly representative of the original sample.
                SOIL TYPE DIVIDER 
               It is suitable for dividing or halving dry materials. Materials poured into 
          hopper is divided into two equal divisions and discharged alternatively in 
          opposite directions into separate pans.
                 
            
       2. SAMPLE STORAGE BOXES AND RACKS 
           A box for storing seeds until they are ready for planting. A box for growing 
         seeds till they are ready to be transplanted.
         3. BALANCE – SINGLE PAN,ANALYTICAL BALANCE
                    In this type of balance the pan and weights are counterbalanced by a 
         single fixed weight on the long end of the beam.
                an analytical balance is a class of balance designed to measure small mass 
         in the sub milligram range .The measuring pan of an analytical  balance is 
         inside a transparent enclosure with doors so that dust doesnot collect and so 
         any air currents in the room do not affect the balance operation.
          4.  PURITY WORK BOARDS
           
           t is used for testing physical purity of seed samples with maximum 
               
          comfort and efficiency. Also used to distinguish discolored, damaged 
          and chalky grains/ seeds. Light below the rectangular 8” x 6” opal glass 
          makes a handy diaphanoscope.
           5. GERMINATORS –CABINET GERMINATORS AND WALK IN R      
          ROOM GERMINATORS
               Seed Germinators and Seed walk-in rooms are designed to use in 
          performing seedling process in laboratories. A seed germination 
          machine provides controlled environment for propagation of seeds,
