      Participants will be able to: 
      •  Provide accurate data on teacher’s life satisfaction and 
         retention compared to other U.S. occupations;
      •  Provide realistic salary information for local teaching, STEM  
         and college faculty careers;
      •  Generally explain retirement and loan forgiveness options for 
         teachers compared to private sector STEM jobs;
      •  Articulate the level of control teacher’s have in their 
         instruction. 
      Presenters will be able to:
      •  Translate the participants perspective into effective messaging 
         for recruiting math and science teachers.
