                  Click Manage, and then click Public Reports

                 Please note that you must be granted permission to access 
                 Public Reports.  Access is All or Nothing meaning that 
                 people with access will be able to see all reports listed in 
                 the menu.  Additionally, if you have access to the Public 
                 Reports you can save reports to this folder.
                 Click on the Report name and then click Open

                             Refine the Data as needed, and 
                             then click View Report

                                          You have the same options with a 
                                          Public Report that you do with the 
                                          Prepackaged Reports
