What is Modern Servant Leadership?
The servant leadership philosophy consists
of three pragmatic questions (Greenleaf,
1970)
1. Do those who are being served, while
they are being served, grow as persons?
2. Do those being served become healthier,
wiser, freer, more autonomous, more
likely themselves to become servants?
3. What is the effect on the least privileged
in society; will he [or she] benefit, or, at
least, not be further deprived?
