There are many different factors that can influence how ‘healthy’ we might think S
a person’s lifestyle is. Some of these factors are outside of our control (e.g.
age, environment) but many are to do with choices people make (e.g. alcohol,

drugs, smoking.) 1

Activity – Keeping track ©
Time: various
Select an area (or a couple of areas) of your life and keep track of it/them for a few days.
You could keep a food diary, or note down any exercise you do (and how vigorous it is),
keep a sleep diary, make a ‘worry list’ etc.
Analyse your results and suggest ways that you could gain a more healthy lifestyle.
