           2000    A decision was taken to consolidate budget funds in institutions of the 
                   National Bank of Ukraine
           2001    The State Treasury of Ukraine becomes a member of Electronic 
                   Payment System of the National Bank of Ukraine
           2002    Local budgets were transferred to Treasury (revenue part)
           2003    Local budgets and budget holders were transferred to Treasury 
                   (expense part)
           2004    Transfer to Model 8 maintenance of correspondent account
