In the past 20 years, Mr Fung has personally trained and coached more than
50,000 supervisors and managers in the Asia Pacific region. He is the world’s
1st Thinkertoys Master Trainer certified by Mr Michael Michalko, originator
of the Thinkertoys methodology.
Prior to joining LMI Academy as the CEO, Mr. Fung was in managerial
capacities in the training functions of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's
largest professional services firm and Cathay Pacific Airways.

Dick Yip is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator who have led
Management Skills Training programs for a wide range of corporate,
