General Instructions about application for BARTI-MPSC- CET-2018
1. Online application form is available on our website
https://barti.maharashtra.gov.in
under Notice Board on link BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018- APPLY.
2. Eligibility:
Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates Residents of slum area or Residents of
Rural area of Maharashtra State.
Graduate in any Discipline as on 1st September,2017 eligible to appear in MPSC
(State Services) Prelim Examination-2018.
Age limit minimum 19 years as on 1st April, 2017
Age limit maximum 43 years as on 1st April, 2017

Note: The candidate, who has already availed the benefits of sponsorship by
BARTI to
1) Prestigious Coaching Institutes in Delhi year (2015,2016,2017)
2) Residential coaching at Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad year (2015-2016)
3) Residential coaching at Yashada & SIAC (Pre-IAS Center)

(Aurangabad, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Amrawati, Nashik) year (2015, 2016, 2017)
programme for the coaching of UPSC (Civil Services)Examination, are not eligible to
apply.
2. Candidates have to apply by filling the application form online, on or before

24 Oct 2017
4. While filling the online application form, candidate should take care of
particulars like correct name, birth date, e-mail id, mobile number, address,
Aadhaar card no. and Certificate of residents from slum or Rural Area, selection
of BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018 Exam Centre, etc.
5. Candidate can apply only once with one valid e-mail id only. If any candidate
applies more than once, then the first application will only be considered
and the other application will be rejected.
6. BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018-Examination will be conducted at any city in
Maharashtra. Candidates have to select any one exam centre at the time of filling
the application form. No request for change in exam centre will be entertained
after submission of application form.
7. Candidates have to take into consideration that she or he will attend the
entrance examination by their own expenses. Travelling Allowance will not be
provided to the candidates for attending the examination.
8. Selected candidates will be sponsored to UPSC Academia, Pune in
Maharashtra, for free Non-residential coaching of MPSC (State Services)
Examination-2018.
9. BARTI reserves the final right to change selection criteria of candidates
at any time. BARTI reserves the right to amend intake capacity, nature and
duration of the training program at any time.However, BARTI's decision will be
final.
10. Online e-Admit Card will be available on BARTI's web site, under the link

November 2017.
11. Venue of Examination Centre, Date and timing of examination will be
mentioned on Admit Card only. Candidates will not be communicated by any
other mode of communication.

The Pattern of Question Paper for BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018
Examination will be conducted online in two sessions. Question Paper is divided into two papers,
Paper –I (General Studies) and Paper – II (CSAT) of 100 marks each (total 200 marks).
The nature of examination is objective.
It is mandatory for the candidate to appear for both the Papers of the Entrance Examination
for the purpose of evaluation. Therefore a candidate will be disqualified in case she / he does
not appear in both the papers of the Entrance Examination.
Question paper will be made available in both Marathi and English languages as per MPSC (State
Services) Preliminary Examination.
