Dear Prospective Quoter:
SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19BC4022Q0005 - Set Up for the Gym Equipment Space
The Embassy of the United States of America invites experienced and qualified contractors to submit a
quotation for Set Up for the Gym Equipment Space.
The Embassy of the United States of America in Gaborone, Botswana has a requirement for a contractor to:
– to submit a proposal for Set Up for the Gym Equipment Space. You are invited to submit a quotation.
The Embassy Plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive.
You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors about price quotations to be
submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel
this RFP or any part of it. Please read the solicitation carefully, and if you are interested, submit your
quotation. The detailed statement of work (SOW) is posted on the Embassy website:
All interested and highly qualified vendors with resources to perform the work are invited for the
site visit scheduled for June 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM at ILEA Offices located at the Botswana Police
College compound in Otse. Interested and high qualified vendors on this project are requested to
submit one full name of their representative on or before June 17, 2022, at 10:00 AM through this
email address: GaboroneGSOProcurement@state.gov. Any name received after this date and time
will not be accepted.
