        2. Set up and agree on Terms of Reference (ToR) for a new 
            Task Group on Operational Safety
            • Introduction late Tuesday afternoon until Thursday mid-
              afternoon
    • Also,
        • Agree on way forward  for next year
            • Start summing up last thing Thursday afternoon
            • Closing session Friday morning
        • Adjourn  not later than 11.00 Friday 26 May
