     CROW 5.25.0.236 Overview
     • The CROW 5.25.0.236 project is undertaken 
      to correct defects related to equipment no 
      longer being listed in the subject line of 
      email and the inability to update outage 
      profiles through the API.  An enhancement 
      associated with the release is the ability to 
      submit overlapping generation rules. 
     • No software or process changes are 
      expected for members to be able to 
      continue using CROW.
     • Only Asset Owning MPs and Transmission 
      Operators may participate in the Test.
