      There are several potential challenges 
        that patients with limited health literacy 
        may encounter at the pharmacy, or 
        practices that may pose obstacles: 
         – Limited staff awareness of health literacy 
         – Poor signage
         – High-level written materials
         – Poor communication practices
         – Limited use of strategies to support patient
